Hi, I'm Rebecca, the founder of Vibe Business Solutions.

I know what it’s like to build something from the ground up and watch it grow. I also know that with growth comes complexity. Suddenly you're not just the visionary, but also the HR manager, the administrator, and the team leader. It can be overwhelming.

My entire career has been spent thriving in those complex, fast paced environments. I’ve navigated the strategic discipline of the Australian Defence Force, managed national divisions for major ASX listed companies, and even built an entire business unit from scratch for a leading Australian brand, where I recruited and led a team of over 150 people.

Across these senior management roles, I was the person business executives and owners trusted to provide high level support, build operational frameworks, and ensure everything ran smoothly. I developed the policies, managed the projects, and led the teams that formed the backbone of the business.

So, why did I start Vibe Business Solutions?

Because I saw a gap. I saw brilliant local business owners who were fantastic at their craft but were getting bogged down by the very operational demands I excel at managing.
